When we were stuck on I-80 in WY a couple weeks ago, we ALL rediscovered coloring. My mom gave Amelia these very cool twist up crayons and coloring book for Easter and we brought them along for the trip. Little did we know we would be passing them around. We all took turns coloring. Since that trip Amelia is loving to color. She will color with pencils, pens, crayons, she has even tried my eyeliner once or twice. It amazes me...she says, "Color" so clear and knows exactly what she wants. I have forgotten how therapeutic it can be to just zone out and color. I have taken some cute pictures of her over the past week of her coloring. So, my challenge to you, get out a coloring book this week and color...find some quiet and enjoy the time with your kids, your husband, or your 13-year old! Have fun!
